Ham Hot-Pot is one of the most popular of recent trending foods on earth. It’s appreciated by millions daily. It is easy, it is quick, it tastes delicious. Ham Hot-Pot is something that I have loved my whole life. They’re fine and they look fantastic.

To get started with this recipe, we must first prepare a few components. You can cook ham hot-pot using 6 ingredients and 6 steps. Here is how you can achieve that.

The ingredients needed to make Ham Hot-Pot:
  1. Take 100 g gammon steak / 3½ oz .
  2. Make ready 100 g potato (unpeeled sliced) / 3½ oz .
  3. Take 100 g onion (sliced) / 3½ oz .
  4. Make ready 50 g peas (frozen) / 2 oz .
  5. Get 2 tablespoons crème fraîche (low fat)
  6. Prepare 1 tablespoon mustard wholegrain
Instructions to make Ham Hot-Pot:
  1. Preheat a broiler / grill.
  2. Microwave the gammon for 1½ minutes.
  3. Microwave the onion for 2 minutes and whilst it cooks cut the gammon into cubes.
  4. Put a small pan on medium to high heat. Add the gammon and onions together with the crème fraîche, mustard and peas. Season with pepper liberally and leave to gently simmer.
  5. Microwave the potato for 3 minutes in a lidded container with a little water.
  6. Transfer the ham and onion mix to an ovenproof dish and spread the potato over the top. Season the potato with salt and pepper. Spray with Spray2Cook and put the dish under the broiler / grill until the potato browns and then serve.
