The ingredients needed to make Paan Ice cream:
  1. Prepare 5 betel leaf
  2. Get 2 tbsp gulkand (rose petal jam)
  3. Take 1 tbsp sugar
  4. Make ready 1 tbsp fennel seeds
  5. Make ready 8-10 dry rose petal
  6. Prepare 250 ml amul fresh cream
  7. Make ready 2 tbsp condensed milk
  8. Prepare 1/4 cup milk
  9. Take 2-3 cherry
  10. Prepare 2-3 tsp tutti fruity
Instructions to make Paan Ice cream:
  1. Arrange all the ingredients. Cut the betel leaf & put in a mixer jar.
  2. Add 1 tbsp gulkand, fennel seeds,4-5 rose petals & 3tbsp milk.Make smooth paste.
  3. Remove cream in a bowl add condensed milk and whisk it then add gulkand & paste to it & whisk again
  4. Transfer to a airtight box & tap twice…. add cherry and tutti fruity… garnish with rose petals… cover and keep in the fridge minimum 6 hrs or overnight to set…. enjoy😋
