  1. Prepare 250 g pkt Doritos(I used spicy wings)
  2. Make ready 1 med tomato finely chopped 1/2 onion finely chopped
  3. Get 1-2 green chillies finely chopped
  4. Make ready 1/4 tsp salt
  5. Get 1/4 tsp pepper powder
  6. Get 6 Tbs pasta sauce(used all joy)
  7. Get 1 cup grated cheese of choice(can add more if needed)
Instructions to make Easy Vegetarian Nachos:
  1. Make the salsa by adding the tomato, onions, chillies, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix through.
  2. Layer the chips in a large microwavable plate, top with sauce then the salsa.
  3. Lastly add the grated cheese and let it cook in the microwave for 3 to 4 mins or till the cheese melts. Serve and enjoy. SERVES 4
