  3. Add mushroom and saute for 3 to 4 minutes.
  4. Add salt and crushed pepper and mix well and transfer in plate.
  5. Heat remaining butter in the same pan add flour and saute for 2 minutes or till it became golden.
  6. Add water or stock mix and cook for 2 to 3 minutes or till thick.
  7. Add milk gradually mix it and bring to boil.
  8. Take 2 spoon saute mushroom with little milk and churn into paste.
  9. Add saute mushroom mixture and mix well.
  10. Add salt and black peppercorns and mix well.
  11. Add processed cheese and cream and give a good stir.
  12. Add spring onion greens and switch off the flame.
  13. Serve hot garnish with spring onion some cheese and black peppercorns and with homemade garlic crutons.
