Instructions to make 2 Ingredient Chocolate Mousse:
  1. First of all heat some water in a sauce pan and add chopped chocolate and 50 ml cream in a heat proof bowl and keep the bowl on the pan.
  2. Note: Don’t let the water touch the chocolate. Just melt the chocolate and remove the bowl from the pan. Mix well.
  3. Then beat 100 ml cream with electric beater until whipped.
  4. Add the melted chocolate into whipped cream and beat till mixed properly.freeze for atleast 15 minutes.
  5. Now in another heat proof bowl, melt the chocolate by putting the bowl in hot water, for making bowls. I used dairy milk.
  6. Now dip the balloon in the bowl and set them in freezer until firm.
  7. Poke the balloons and remove them from the firmed chocolate bowls.
  8. Now add the prepared mousse and decorate it with crushed chocolate, chocolate sticks, etc.
  9. Refrigerate for atleast one hour.
  10. Serve with coffee and enjoy.
