  1. Wash and peel the beans, blend the beans with tatasai, pepper, onion, ginger, garlic till smooth.
  2. Transfer the blended beans to a bowl, add the shredded mackerel, blended crayfish, veg.oil, seasoning cube, grated nutmeg, salt and mix
  3. Wash the uma leaves remove the hard stalk, fold leave and put in the beans mixture in the leaves till the mixture is exhausted and cook for 45 minutes.
