  1. Infuse the tea in 2 cups of hot water for 10 minutes then remove the teabags/leaves.
  2. Blitz the tea in a food processor with the bananas, pineapple, frozen berries, skyr and the Thai basil until smooth.
  3. Place the fruit skyr in a bowl and top with granola, pumpkin seeds and your favourite fresh fruit.
