Unroll lamb, pat dry and rub with marinade. Place cut side up of lamb on work surface. Spread half of stuffing evenly over lamb, press to adhere.   6. After 1 hour add salt, black pepper, and bouillon and cook it for 15 min.
  7. After 15 min remove it from the pot and add put the lamb leg in the Oven for 20 min. Add little black pepper and cinnamon on top of it.
  8. With the meat water cook the rice for 20 min.
