Remove cooked Leg of Lamb and let it rest and really let it get cold inside a suitable Roasting Tin etc. and then put Plain Flour in the hot grill pan along with the Cooking Oil,Lamb juices,2 cups of cold water and the 3 Knorr Lamb Stock Cubes,just let it heat away for 45 minutes,stir - then add another 2 cups of cold water and then let it cook on for another 45 minutes - I kept the oven up at Gas Mark 8 too make this homemade Lamb Gravy.
  3. Boil the carrots and potatoes until nice and soft and compact,drain,set aside - fry the onions in some of the Lamb Gravy or in a bit of Vegetable Oil in a fairly large saucepan - fry for about 5 minutes and then add half of the cooked Lamb Gravy,or the amount you need for your Dinner,add some cold water too dilute,and then add the amount of carrots and potatoes that you require,carve some slices of Lamb into it - just heat through on a simmer for how long you want - then,it's done - enjoy.
