  1. Preheat the oven to 180c
  2. Clean the Jerusalem artichokes by scrubbing with a scouring pad - (see tip)
  3. Chop into chunks, slice the shallot and two garlic cloves. Place in baking tray and dress with oil, salt, pepper and rosemary. Roast for 40mins at 180c or until crispy on the outside
  4. Rub curry powder into the lamb neck and pan sear the outside
  5. Remove the lamb from the pan and add broccoli and two chopped garlic cloves, salt, pepper and chilli flakes.
  6. Slice the lamb and put back in the pan to finish off. Baste with a rosemary spring ‘brush’
  7. Take the artichokes out the oven, top with goats cheese and return to the oven for a couple mins till melted
