  1. Make ready 1.5 kg roast beef joint
  2. Take Pinch Tesco's Chicken and Steak Seasoning
  3. Get Or pinch of garlic, coriander, paprika, and black pepper
  4. Take Roasting dish
  5. Get Spray oil
  6. Make ready Tinfoil
Instructions to make Simple Roast Beef:
  1. Preheat the oven to 200*C fan
  2. Spray the bottom of the roasting tin/dish with oil
  3. Rub the spices all over the beef, making sure to evenly coat it
  4. Place the beef in the roasting dish and cover the whole dish with tinfoil
  5. Cook for 1 hr 30min, but be sure to take the tinfoil off with 15min to go. This timing will make your roast medium-rare. Adjust accordingly should you want your roast less or more rare
  6. If your beef joint is more or less than 1.5kg, be sure to cook it for 6min per 100 grams of meat
  7. Slice thinly and enjoy!
