Hey everyone, hope you’re having an amazing day today. Today, we’re going to prepare a special dish, tanderu. One of my favorites. This time, I’m gonna make it a bit tasty. This is gonna smell and look delicious.

To begin with this recipe, we have to prepare a few ingredients. You can cook tanderu using 11 ingredients and 3 steps. Here is how you can achieve it.

The ingredients needed to make Tanderu:
  1. Prepare 1/2 kg lamb chop
  2. Take Onion powder
  3. Prepare Grill rub in
  4. Prepare 1 tablespoon Ginger and garlic paste
  5. Prepare 2 hot Scotch bonnets
  6. Get Seasoning
  7. Take 1 Spring onion
  8. Prepare 2 tablespoons oil
  9. Get 2 bay leaves
  10. Make ready leaves Mint
  11. Take 4 lemon wedges
Instructions to make Tanderu:
  1. Marinate meat with Meenable Pyramids or any available onion and grill rub in spice. Mix well and also to infuse flavors.
  2. Add all ingredients leaving mint leaves,lemon wedges and spring onion to be added last.place on a foil paper and wrap very tightly not to all any open space. Allow to marinate for 1 hour. Then place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees or over charcoal grill.
  3. When done the aroma and scent will fill the atmosphere 😄. Serve as desire and enjoy 😉
