  1. Take a bowl add corn flour and maida make pan cake consistency batter adding water - Now remove seed from jackfruit and make 2 or 3 pieces
  2. Heat the pan add enough oil when oil is hot dip the jackfruit in batter and roll it on dessicated coconut and drop it in hot oil fry till golden colour or till done serve with honey - yummy jackfruit fritters is ready thank you happy cooking
