  5. Fry all the dry whole ingredients until golden bown
  6. Grind as powder, mix with dried jackfruit and add turmeric powder, chilli powder salt vinegar, mix well
  7. In a dry pan heat gingerly oil, just few min and off the flame
  8. Let it cool then mix with the pickle, taste it,if you need more spicy and sour add more chilli powder and vinegar, mix and keep in a container and keep 3days in the sunlight. Enjoy the pickle with rice and roti
