  6. Take your fish and dip in beer batter making sure excess batter runs off, gently lower into hot oil and fry for six to 8 minutes until golden brown.
  7. When the fish is golden brown remove.
  8. Reads chips into the oil to bring them to a golden colour 3 minutes.
  9. Assemble the plate, adding peas, if you so wish.
