Cut capsicum, coriander and green chillies up. Also cut onion and garlic and keep aside. Soak in water and keep aside. Then cook the rice till it is "al dente".

    1. Cook the rice and cool down. - - 2. Heat oil in kadai add minced garlic, herb seasoning to this. Saute little bit. - - 3. Add chopped onion, chopped green chillies and salt. - - 4. Now add all the vegetables saute till turn crispy.
    1. Now add soy sauce, vinegar. Add rice mix it. Don't break the rice. - - 6. Add crushed black pepper and chopped coriander. - - 7. Serve hot with machurian dish.

Soak in water and keep aside. Then cook the rice till it is "al dente". Cut capsicum, coriander and green chillies up. Also cut onion and garlic and keep aside. After the sautéed mushroom are made add them to the fried rice in the other pan.
