Instructions to make Suki bhaji:
  1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut in small cubes with the skin on.
  2. In a pan add oil and turn the gas on. Add curry leaves, cumin, fennel and sesame seeds to the oil. Let it heat until it starts fluttering. Add the cubed potatoes, ginger, chilli paste and salt. Mix thoroughly and cover and cook for 5 minutes. Add i cashews and raisins and mix. Cover and cook
  3. Please keep stirring in between so the potatoes don’t stick at the bottom of the pan. Once cooked remove from gas and transfer in serving dish. Garnish with coriander, green chilli and tomatoes. Serve hot.
