  6. Make ready Green chilli paste

  8. Take Chilli flakes
  9. Prepare Sesame seeds
  10. Take Salt to taste and 1/4 spoon turmeric
  11. Make ready 1 tablespoon oil
  12. Make ready Oil for frying or butter

In that recipe the carrot mixture prepared before combining yogurt, can also be used as a filling to make stuffed parathas. I pack my son's Tiffin box. Place spoonfuls of the carrot-cheese filling on each paratha. Bring together the edges of the paratha and seal completely.

  2. Roll it and using biscuit cutter cut in small parathas and shallow fry parathas
  3. Fry them
  4. They are ready to serve with nice cup of tea
  5. Dough

Place spoonfuls of the carrot-cheese filling on each paratha. Bring together the edges of the paratha and seal completely. Roll out the parathas, one at a time. Heat a tsp. or two of ghee/oil on a flat bottomed pan (tava). Shallow fry the paratha with ghee on one side.
