Heat mustard oil in a heavy bottom pan and fry egg and potatoes when it change it's colour.
Boil egg with generous amount of salt. Peel and slit.
Now all the chopped onions, tomatoes, ginger and garlic in a blender and make a smooth paste.
Now heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds fry until fragrant, then add the onion paste and fry for few minutes. Then add fried egg and potatoes.
Now add the all spices powder and fry it until the masala are well fry and the raw small are goes on. Then add 1 cup of water and cover it allow to cook for 10 minutes in low medium heat.
