  1. Slice the celeriac, then cut the slices into thin strips. Peel carrot and cut them into small strips too.
  2. Mix straight away with the lemon juice, pepper and fish seasoning. Add the mayonnaise, mix thoroughly. Grate the lemon skin, avoid any pith as this will be bitter and remove any pips. Stir into the salad. Add the prawns, mix under. Set aside in fridge until ready to serve.
