  1. Fry Diced Onion in chilli oil and then add the garlic and diced chillies also 1/2 Tsp Dried chilli powder.
  2. Next salt and pepper and then the beef mince st tsp chilli powder stir it around. Add the dried beef stock and the tinned crushed tomatoes. Also add 1/2 Cup boiling water stir to mix
  3. Add the red kidneys after they have been rinsed stir in add all this to a casserole dish or heavy pan with a lid. To preheated oven 170 for 30 minutes.
  4. Serve Hot with a tbls SourCream and chopped fresh chives.
