Instant Pot Chicken Biryani So the basic ingredients we have in our pantry anyway were: natural full yoghurt, ginger paste, garlic paste, turmeric, chillis, lemon juice, onion, hot red chilli powder, basmati rice, ghee, coriander leaves, mint leaves, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom pods, bay leaves, cumin seeds, salt, milk and saffron. Mix raw lamb with yogurt and spices and put it at the bottom of an instant pot. Add rice and water on top. Instructions to make Instant Biryani:
  1. Basmati rice saaf kar ke pani me soak kar lein 2-3 hr ke liye
  2. Potato ke pieces kar ke salt and food color ke pani me rakh dein 1/2 hr ke liye.
  3. Onion slice kar ke oil me fry karen aur light brown kar lein.
  4. Tomato, lehsan, adrak, chilli ko grind kar ke paste bana lein.
  5. Ab is paste ko fry ki hoi piyaz ke sath add kar ke cook karen.
  6. Ab is me biryani masala shamil karen
  7. Ab masalay me dahi add kar ke masala bhunain
  8. Jab masala bhun jaye to pehle se boil hoye beef ko add kar ke pakayen. (beef ko lehsan adrak aur namak dal ke ubal ke pani dry kar lein)
  9. Potato ko pani se nikal kar halka fry kar lein.
  10. Ab potatoes ko masalay me add kar ke pakayen.
  11. Rice ko ik pateelay me boil karen. pani me salt and vinegar b add karden.
  12. Ab boiled rice ko korma jo ready kiya tha us par dal ke layer banayen.
  13. Upar se food color milk me add kar ke rice me dal dein.
  14. 15 min dam par rakhen. Biryani ready hai. upar se brown piyaz add karden.
  15. Dish out kar ke garnish kar lein aur garma garamnosh farmayen.
