  2. Add cumin paprika thyme parsley garlic and Corriander cook for 2 minutes or till it starts to brown
  3. Add ground beef and cook till it browns. Then add tomatoes mix and turn heat down and cook for 20 minutes (add aromat here-only the real can relate.)
  4. Create an indent in the sauce and crack the eggs. Cover and cook eggs. Add feta as well (optional)
  5. Garnish with left over corriander and serve
