Steps to make Mushroom Dahl:
  1. Slice the onion and fry in oil with the garlic and ginger
  2. Add the turmeric powder and lentils and stir for a few minutes
  3. Pour in the stock, coconut aminos, lime juice and blended coconut. Add the sliced mushrooms. Cook for 15 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, then coriander leaves (chopped).
