  4. After 5 mins of kneading, transfer this dough to a big bowl, cover and keep aside for 45 mins to one hour.
  5. After 45 min Punch the dough with fist to release down the air. - Put the dough on the plane surface and knead it very well. Stretch the dough using both hands and knead well again.
  6. Divide into equal 3 part n roll into circle shape all 3 part.
  7. Place the dough circle on dusted pizza plate or tray and spread green sauce and also spread cheese.
  8. Now put another dough circle on the top of cheese and spread red pizza sauce and also spread cheese and covered it another circle.
  9. Place a small bowl upside down in the middle and cut layered dough into 12 equal part.
  10. Twist adjacent sections in opposite directions two full turns.Repeat the twists for the other sections.
  11. Bake in the middle of the preheated oven for 20 min or until brown and puffy. - Serve with optional dipping sauce and enjoy!
