Hello everybody, I hope you’re having an incredible day today. Today, we’re going to prepare a special dish, croissant. One of my favorites. This time, I will make it a bit tasty. This is gonna smell and look delicious.

Croissant is one of the most popular of recent trending foods on earth. It’s appreciated by millions daily. It’s easy, it is fast, it tastes yummy. They’re fine and they look fantastic. Croissant is something which I have loved my entire life.

To begin with this particular recipe, we have to prepare a few ingredients. You can cook croissant using 7 ingredients and 9 steps. Here is how you cook it.

The ingredients needed to make Croissant:
  1. Get 500 grm or 4cup Maida
  2. Take 2 tbsp Yeast
  3. Get 1/2 tsp Salt
  4. Take 2tbsp Sugar
  5. Prepare Warm milk to knead dough as required
  6. Prepare 2 tbsp butter
  7. Take 150 gr Butter soft for layers
Instructions to make Croissant:
  1. First seive maida add yeast,salt,sugar,2tbsp butter, add milk to knead dough.
  2. Rest dough for one to two hour as rise then punch and spread flour and knead again and make 15 to 16 balls.
  3. Then roll one by one with roller pin and spread soft butter and again cover with another roti you rolled.
  4. Again repeat the process again spread butter and then again put roti layer.
  5. Now all layers being seen in pic last layer keep on it roti but don't spread butter rest it.
  6. Cover with cling sheet then keep for 10 mints then again spread maida on slab and roll it.and as big not so thin not so thick normal.
  7. Cut ist in +then in Cross and again cut.
  8. Cut from bottom from center with knife then roll inside to upwards keep for 10 min more then preheat oven and yolk and 2tb water spread on top and sprinkles seasame seed.
