  1. Pre heat oven (fan assisted ) to 190° & grease & line a 8-9" pan
  2. Add eggs & milk together & mix
  3. Combine all dry ingredients together
  4. Pour egg & milk mix into dry ingredients and mix making sure all dry ingredients are wet
  5. Pour into tin & bake middle shelf for 20+ minutes until a cake tester pushed into centre comes out clean. Mine took 20 minutes
  6. Cool, turn out from tin then cut up into sizes required.
  7. Enjoy.i served mine with homemade ice cream.
