  1. Make ready 1/4 kg mutton kheema/minced lamb
  2. Prepare 1/2 onion
  3. Take 20 grams pudina/mint
  4. Make ready 20 grams kothimeera/coriander
  5. Take as per taste Salt
  6. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  7. Take 1/2 tbsp Dhaniya powder/ coriander powder
  8. Take 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  9. Prepare 1/2 tsp Chilli powder
  10. Take 1 green chilli
  11. Prepare as required Oil
  12. Prepare 1/2 inch ginger
  13. Prepare 5 cloves Garlic pods
  14. Take 1/2 lemon
  15. Make ready 3 tbsp corn flour
Instructions to make Mutton cutlets:
  1. Wash the mutton kheema.
  2. Add salt, turmeric, lemon. Mix it. Cook it in a pressure cooker for 2 whistles on sim.
  3. Make ginger-garlic paste. Add a chilli and some salt.
  4. Open and cook until all the water evaporates.
  5. Add onions, pudina/mint, coriander. Add cornflour. Add dhaniya powder, chilli powder, garam masala, salt. Mix and mash well.
  6. Heat oil in a kadai. Take a small quantity, make it into a ball, flatten it on your palm so it's even with regular edges. Cook it in the oil for 2 minutes. Remove it, place it on a tissue to remove excess oil.
