Get 100 g crumbled feta cheese

Prepare 1 finely sliced fennel bulb
Get 1/4 finely sliced onion
Take Olive oil
Get Seasoning
Prepare Parsley
Prepare Juice 1/2 lemon
Steps to make Lamb kofte:
In a pestle and mortar, grind the dry spices
Finely chop the mint, garlic, chilli, parsley and rosemary
In a processor, crumb the bread
Add the mince, cheese dry and fresh spices, mix well
Transfer to a bowl, mix with the egg white
Roll into sausage shapes and shape around metal skewers, pat with the flour
Grill. Serve with some fresh lemon squeezed over and chopped parsley, on a flat bread with the salad, sliced tomatoes and tatziki
