  2. In an appropriate bowl, combine the mince meat, onion, parsley, salt and the 7 spices together until you have a - consistent mixture.
  3. Using your hands, divide the Kafta into balls, in an appropriate size.
  4. Flatten each ball into a circle to obtain kafta patties.
  5. In a tray, arrange the onion slices, tomatoes, kafta, capsicum and potatoes
  6. Sprinkle with 7 spices
  7. Tomato Sauce Preparation: in a wide pot, pour water, tomato paste, pomegranate syrup, 7 spices and salt - mix all ingredients using a whisk, until the tomato paste has dissolved
  8. Pour tomato sauce (which was prepared)
  9. Bake the kafta on 350° for 45 mins until golden
  10. Kafta  is served with rice vermicelli on the side.
