  1. Prepare Salt
  2. Prepare eggs
  3. Get Air tight
Steps to make Cured egg yolk:
  1. First you need to make sure your tub is clean & dry & you have enough salt for this recipe
  2. Now put 1kg of salt into the the container
  3. Use a egg to press down in the salt with a soft round movement to create a dip to catch your yolks
  4. Now one the 8 egg beds I like call them are ready serprate the egg yolks & whites placing the egg yolks on the salt
  5. Once all 8 egg yolks are places cover the eggs with the remaining 1kg of salt
  6. Put the lid on and leave in the fridge for 4 days
  7. 4 days later…. ๐Ÿพ๐Ÿฅ‚๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง
  8. Remove front the salt be gentle when doing this.
  9. Wash & pat dry placing the yolks onto baking paper
  10. 80 degrees for 45 mins then flip
  11. 80 degrees for 45 mins remove & cool
  12. Once cool grate over fresh pasta, salads for amazing flavour
