Hello everybody, it’s Louise, welcome to my recipe page. Today, we’re going to prepare a distinctive dish, egg kheema. One of my favorites food recipes. This time, I am going to make it a bit unique. This will be really delicious.

Egg Kheema is one of the most popular of current trending meals in the world. It’s appreciated by millions every day. It is easy, it’s quick, it tastes yummy. They’re fine and they look wonderful. Egg Kheema is something that I’ve loved my whole life.

To begin with this particular recipe, we have to first prepare a few ingredients. You can have egg kheema using 11 ingredients and 3 steps. Here is how you can achieve it.

The ingredients needed to make Egg Kheema:
  1. Get oil or ghee or butter
  2. Get eggs
  3. Take garam masala
  4. Prepare chicken masala (optional)
  5. Get green or red chillis, minced (optional)
  6. Get medium sized onion, minced (white or red)
  7. Take spring onion, minced (optional)
  8. Get tomato, minced (optional)
  9. Take red chilli powder (optional)
  10. Get Salt (to taste)
  11. Get Coriander leaves, roughly chopped
Instructions to make Egg Kheema:
  1. Heat oil in a frying pan for 2 minutes on medium flame. Add the minced onions, spring onion and green chillis into the pan and let it fry until the onion appears lighter. (Do not wait until it turns light yellow or brown). On the other hand, crack the eggs into a bowl and slightly beat the eggs.
  2. Add tomatoes, salt to taste, the garam & chicken masala (any brand can be used, but for this recipe Everest was used), chilli powder and coriander leaves. Mix and let it cook in medium flame until the oil separates from the spices. Stir once or twice in between. Do not add water.
  3. Add the beaten egg into the frying pan and let it cook for a while, do not let it cook completely 😅. Break the cooked egg as you stir. Let it cook for another 2 minutes and stir again. Repeat this process until it is fairly dry. Garnish with coriander leaves and chopped green chillis (if you want added spice). Serve hot with bread or buns. Can be eaten any time of the day.
