  1. Get 4 ripen bananas
  2. Take 1/4 cup Amul fresh cream
  3. Make ready 1/2 cup chocolate chips

  1. Take ripen bananas. - Peel off bananas, cut into pieces, keep pieces in ziplock bag and freeze overnight.
  2. Next day blend the frozen bananas in food processor or mixer. Make Puree, then add 1/4 cup Amul fresh to it and blend in mixer again.
  3. Add 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips, mix it well and grinds in mixer again for few seconds until Puree become smooth, then remove it from blender and pour it into the bowl and serve it.
  4. If you want firmer texture of ice cream - then pour ice cream in an airtight container and freeze 1 hour or overnight. - After removing from freezer keep ice cream at room temperature at least for 5 minutes before serving.
  5. Sprinkle cocoa powder over it or garnish with chocolate chips. - Choco-Banana Ice cream tastes like delicious, luscious and creamy.
