Spoon in a large spoon if left over rice or any that you may hav,if you prefer veg then can add plain rice,or other foods you may have instead of flavoured rice.(this is just to use up some food in a healthy edible way!)
Try to add as much filling so you can press down and add more rice or other left overs food.sprinckle some dried herbs.Oil a tray with olive oil drizzle..then place the bowls.youu can drizzle bit more melted butter on edges and on surface to help the pepper cook abit.put in oven grill or (alternatively can steam by using little water in a tray and add these on a dish that can be placed in the tray and cook the peppers by steam)
