The ingredients needed to make Salt and Pepper Tofu:
  1. Take 1 block medium tofu
  2. Prepare 1 bunch spring onions
  3. Take 3 red chillies
  4. Prepare 3 cloves garlic
  5. Get 1 pinch sichuan peppers
  6. Get 1 pinch cinnamon
  7. Prepare 1 clove
  8. Take 1 pinch star anise

Instructions to make Salt and Pepper Tofu:
  1. Drain and dry the tofu and fry until golden. Remove from the pan.
  2. Crush the spices using a pestle and mortar. In a dry pan gently toast the salt and then the spices. Sprinkle on the tofu. Add a little oil to to the pan and fry the spring onion, chilli and garlic. Combine the spices tofu. Enjoy 😊
