  4. Pour the mixture back into the pot. On low heat, cook until mixture reach 95°C. Stiring continuously.
  5. Add vanilla essence and allow mixture to cool completely, then store in the refrigerator overnight.
  6. Churn in ice cream machine until done. Time varies depending on machine.
  7. Store in a ice cream tub and freeze at least 6 hours.
  8. Serve and enjoy
