The ingredients needed to make Chocolate mousse:
  1. Prepare 1-1/2 cups Chocolate chips
  2. Prepare 2 tbsp Sugar
  3. Take 4 tbsp Water
  4. Make ready 1 tsp Nescafe powder
  5. Make ready 1 cup Whipping cream
  6. Take For decoration :
  7. Take as needed Grated wafered chocolate
  8. Make ready 1 tbsp Whipped cream
  9. Make ready as needed Cherry
Instructions to make Chocolate mousse:
  1. Take cream in a bowl and whip it with beater or with whisker till light, fluffy and soft peaks are formed. Keep it in fridge till use.
  2. In a bowl add sugar, water and nescafe. Boil it in microwave till the sugar is dissolved. Mix it properly.
  3. Add in chocolate chips and mix properly. Micro it for 30 sec and then mix. Repeat the process untill all the chocolate chips are melted properly.
  4. Now add cream in melted chocolate coffee mixture. Mix softly and pour in small glass bowls.
  5. Decorate it with grated chocolate, a blob of cream and a cherry on top.
  6. Keep in fridge for 1-2 hrs or till it is set and chilled.
