  1. Heat the oil in a pot then add onion and fry it until it become brown,
  2. Then leave the onion and crushed it into small pieces, then add all garam masalah except nutmeg and mace (Make powder from nutmeg and mace)
  3. Then fry it for 30 to 40 second then add ginger garlic paste and fry it for 1-2 mints,
  4. Then add chicken and fry it until it become golden brown, then add 1/2 cup water,
  5. Then cover it and cook for 3-4 mint in medium flame,
  6. After 3-4 mint add salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder,
  7. And red chili powder then mix it well then add yogurt,
  8. Mix it well and cook it for 2-3 mints then add crushed brown onion,
  9. Mix it and cook it for 1-2 mints, then add Nutmeg and mace powder then mix it well,
  10. Then cover it and cook for 1-2 mint in slow flame,
  11. Now dish out it and serve it with Nan and enjoy it with your family.
