In a medium-size pot, heat the chicken stock and salt. When the mixture is hot pour it over the rice and stir well. Add the chicken mixture and the potatoes; gently mix them into the rice. Add the chicken and turn to coat.

Chicken biryani is a simple and super flavourful one-pot meal that is best served with raita and salad.   1. Take 1 kilo, let us marinate it, add special Gringer Garlic paste on it, Garam Masala, lemon juice, cardomom, Red chilli powder, Turmericpower, salt as per Taste, onion, Green chilli. Mix well
  2. Take a pan and add some oil, heat it, add the marinated chicken and cook for 10 mins under high flame close lid chicken is done keep it aside.
  3. Now, Take a cooker, add ghee, oil, Bay leaf, whole masala spices, cutted onion, mix well, add the chicken and rice,,,,,,,add water 💦 and salt and mix it well. Cook up 3 whistles. Take chicken Biryani is ready.
