  5. Add the yougurt mint leaves and spring onions cover up to cook for another 5minutes
  6. When the rice is cooked get an empty pot then you layer them up placing rice at the bottom followed by the chicken sauce rice over it and sauce until you exhaust them give it some mins to steam under low flame
  7. Serve with drinks of choice
