Instructions to make Chicken biryani:
  1. Take a bowl add chicken,curd ginger garlic paste and mustard oil,salt turmeric, Coriander powder,red chilli powder,biryani masala,chicken masala,Coriander leaves,pudina leaves stir it well and keep aside
  2. Take a pan and add water and whole khada masala and salt allow them to boil and then add 2 spoon oil and add rice stir it very lightly and allow them to cook..check the rice after 5-6 minutes half cook the rice and keep aside allow them to cool down…
  3. Take a kadai add oil and add onion fry till translucent and then add ginger garlic paste now add tomatoes add salt in it allow them to become mushy add turmeric,red chilli powder coriander powder,and Coriander leaves and pudina leaves add green chillies now add marinate chicken and stir it well cook till half done now arrange it in thick bottom cooker first layer of chicken and then rice again chicken and rice repeat it now sprinkle some Coriander leaves and pudina leaves and cover it with lid
  4. Put it on heigh for five mins then on to very low flame for 35-45 mins now your chicken biryani is ready.
