Mix and fry for 2 minutes add lots of black pepper.
Add all this to a greased oven dish and add the tomatoes and fresh peppers. Squeeze a bit of lemon all over.
Cook in a preheated oven medium - high for 20 minutes.
Add the sundried Tomatoes and the Artichoke with some of the olive oil.
Lastly sprinkle the Basil over the top then add it to the oven.after 20 minutes serve hot
