  1. Make ready 400 g Self-raising flour
  2. Make ready 380 g Plain yoghurt
  3. Take Coriander (optional)
  4. Get Garlic Butter
  5. Get 25 g Unsalted butter(melted)
  6. Prepare 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  7. Take Parsley
  8. Take Salt

It's a lot easier than you might think. Naan is a yogurt bread that is soft and slightly sweet. Not only is it simple but it is cheap. We'll make it two ways: by hand and with a stand mixer.

Steps to make Super simple Garlic naan bread:
  1. Sieve the flour.
  2. Add yoghurt into the flour to make a dough. (This dough is a bit sticky, so need to have plenty of flour on your hands.)
  3. Divide the dough into 4 portions.
  4. Heat the pan with some oil. Pan fry the dough. When you see the bubbles appear, it’s ready to turn it over.
  5. Make sure both sides get golden brown. Gently press the bread, if it bounces back, it is ready.
  6. Mixed all the garlic butter ingredients together and spread on the bread. Sprinkle some corianders. Enjoy!!

Not only is it simple but it is cheap. We'll make it two ways: by hand and with a stand mixer. This naan bread recipe will be perfect for my multicultural recipe assessment. It will definitely complement my butter chicken well. Super (or supper!) hit with a biriyani tonight.
