  4. Mix butter and sugar then put and mix egg yolk once at a time.
  5. Mix almond powder and egg white(1/3)
  6. Add flour and egg white with spatula and mix.
  7. Combine apricot and put in cake mold.
  8. Bake in preheated 180℃ oven for 50~60 minuets.
  9. 100ml of compote syrup. Please put more lemon juice to taste. Sprinkle over cake just after baked.
  10. Stay over night wrapping with film.
