  1. Make ready 1000 gr stone ground white bread flower
  2. Make ready 25 gr Olive oil / butter
  3. Take 40 gr brown sugar

  6. Make ready 600 gr luke warm water
Steps to make Farmhouse White Bread:
  1. Add all ingredients in a mixing bowl
  2. Add watet gradually while mixing
  3. Add oil once mixture is incorporated
  4. Knead for about 8-10 minutes until rubbery texture
  5. Cover bowl with cling wrap and a blanket and put in a warm place to rise double its size (about 30 minutes)
  6. Knead down (about 3 minutes) and put the dough in a well oiled bread pan
  7. Let it rise again (to the top of the pan)
  8. Preheat the oven to 200 C (446 F)
  9. When risen, bake for 30 minutes or until light brown crust and a baking pin is clean
  10. I have also baked this succesfuly at 180 C (350 F) for 30 minutes
