White Bread is one of the most favored of current trending meals on earth. It’s enjoyed by millions daily. It is easy, it’s fast, it tastes delicious. They’re fine and they look fantastic. White Bread is something that I have loved my entire life.

The ingredients needed to make White Bread:
  1. Take 3 cup refined flour
  2. Take 1/2 tsp salt
  3. Take 1/4 cup lukewarm milk
  4. Get 2 tbsp sugar
  5. Get 1 1/2 tsp instant dry yeast
  6. Prepare 1/2 milk powder
  7. Make ready 1/2 cup lukewarm water
  8. Take 4-5 tbsp oil/butter
Instructions to make White Bread:
  1. Take flour,milk powder,yeast sugar and salt in a big bowl.
  2. Mix well.Now add warm milk in this.And make soft dough.Not too soft nor tight.
  3. See the dough texture.Mix oil one by one spoon and bind dough with stretch and fold method in your clean slab.Cover it and keep in hot place (microwave),for 1 hour.It doubles in size.
  4. Punch it and stretch go r 2 minutes with oil or butter.If it's sticky in your hand then use flour for stretching but not too much.Fold in bread loaf pan size and press a little.
  5. Brush some milk or oil in top and cover it again.Keep in microwave for 10 to 20 minutes to rise up nicely.
  6. Now brush lukewarm milk on top slowly.Do not press it.Bake in pre heated cooker or oven for 35 to 40 minutes.Till upper should golden brown or dark brown.
  7. Take out and rub the butter on top nicely for soft texture.At this time it's hard so don't worry.
  8. Cover the top with wet cotton cloth for 2 hours or cool completely.Remove it from mould.Then again cover it with cling wrap for more softness.
  9. At least 5 to 6 hours or till night.See the softness of white bread.Cut in thin slices with cake knife which is used too cut in slices.
  10. Cover in any polyethene bag for use.Do not keep the breads in fridge. Yeast reacts with cold and fail it's activation.Your become dry and hard.
